“If you don’t like someone’s story, write your own.”
About
In 1958, Chinua Achebe’s first novel, Things Fall Apart, established African literature on the world stage. More than 60 years later, it remains the most widely read African novel. Achebe Masterworks was established to bring Chinua Achebe’s literary oeuvre to the world in a different media.
Achebe Masterworks will manage all aspects of the production of content along with third party production firms. Each project undertaken by the Company will have different parameters, and the Achebe Masterworks Board will work closely with a broad range of media professionals in order to determine the best course of action for each planned film, TV program, or related media project.
